Pack zippers by assessment
Most zipper problems are a worn slider, not a dead zipper — that's the cheapest fix on this list and often all it takes. If the track itself is damaged, we replace the zipper.

Seams, tears, holes, and hardware. We repair to hold, not to hide — a patch on a well-used jacket is going to look like a repair, and that's the point.
